Refer a Friend or Share – Terms and Conditions

1. This competition closes on Friday 31^st October at 17.00pm GMT. Entries received after this date and time will not be accepted.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Void where prohibited.
3. To enter, entrants must refer a friend to sign up for Ski-Lifts, Golf-Drives or Sea-Lifts marketing emails which can be found at https://www.golf-drives.com/newsletter/
4. Entrants can also share the refer a friend post on Instagram or Facebook for Ski-Lifts, Golf-Drives and Sea-Lifts for an additional entry for the prize.
5. There are two prizes to be won. Each winner, the referrer and friend will receive a voucher for a 2 night luxury getaway in the UK or Europe from buyagift.com, to the value of £179.99. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Purchase does not enhance chance of winning.
7. The winner will be contacted via email by no later than Friday 10^th November 2023. To claim the prize, the winner will need to reply to the message with their contact details. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced publicly as a comment on social media and via email marketing after accepting their prize.
8. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees and consents to the processing of their personal data by Lifts To for the purposes of the administration and operation of the promotion.
9. Lifts To reserves the right to feature names and locations of winners in future posts.
10. Those involved in the promotion and execution of the competition, employees of the company and their relatives are not eligible for entry.
11. Multiple entries per person allowed. Third party entries will not be allowed and will be discarded. Lifts To reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries or any entries it suspects have been made fraudulently or through the use of bots or other computer software. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost or deleted in transmission.
12. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of these rules. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
